Good Move Downsizing was started by Caitlin Rogers and Conrad Carlozzi with a shared background in working closely with people and helping navigate big life transitions. Early on, we saw how overwhelming downsizing and moving can feel—and how much of a difference it makes to have the right kind of support and someone in your corner when you need it most.

What began as just the two of us has grown into an amazing team of people who truly love what they do. Today, we work together to help older adults and families declutter, downsize, and move with care, respect, and intention.

Our team brings experience managing projects of all sizes, but just as importantly, we bring warmth, patience, and a deep understanding of the emotions that often come with this process—including grief, change, and major life transitions. We can manage the full process, or support you in carrying out your vision—whatever feels right for you.

Our goal is always the same: to make each step feel more manageable, more supported, and much lighter along the way.
