Our Story

Good Move Downsizing was founded by husband-and-wife team Caitlin Rogers and Conrad Carlozzi, driven by a shared passion for helping people through meaningful life transitions.

Early on, we saw how overwhelming downsizing, estate cleanouts, and moving can feel. We also saw how much of a difference it makes to have the right support: someone who is not only capable, but also thoughtful, steady, and truly on your side.

What began as just the two of us has grown into a trusted, dedicated team serving families throughout the Twin Cities.
